Office Recording Policy
NOTICE: SMART GLASSES, WEARABLE RECORDING DEVICE & CELL PHONE RECORDING PROHIBITED IN THE OFFICE
To protect workplace privacy and patient confidentiality, the use of recording devices is strictly prohibited in this office.
- No Video or Audio Recording: Devices capable of discreetly filming, photographing, or streaming are not permitted to be active in this office.
- No Screen Capture: AI-assisted data scanning or reading of active computer monitors is strictly forbidden.
- Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses and all other wearable devices are prohibited. Visitors, patients, and employees wearing smart eyewear must switch devices completely off or swap them for standard prescription lenses before entering this office.
For medical or vision accommodation requests, please speak with Dr. Hacker and/or (COMPLANCE OFFICER).
We reserve the right to decline to see you in this office and to escort you out of the office if you refuse to follow this policy.
